Yes. We offer a bespoke parasite prevention package, covering flea, tick and worming treatment, that you can add on to your monthly membership.

It's completely tailored to your pet's needs and costs £10/month (except for larger dogs over 40kg,  who can stay protected for £18/month). They can also be bought on a one-off basis if you prefer.

Your pet's personalised package and pricing will be discussed with you at an in-person consultation, to find the right approach for you both.

Our Animal Health Certificates are £250 at our London clinics (or £230 for clinics outside the M25) for the first pet and £90 (or £86.50) for each subsequent pet (up to 5 animals per certificate), with 10% off for All Access members.

Vaccines are an important way to keep your pet safe from potentially serious diseases. All Access membership includes all the core vaccines that your pet needs, whether the initial course or yearly boosters.

Rabies vaccinations are non-routine vaccinations in the UK, but are available for £118.

Yes - it’s free for All Access members.

Pay-As-You-Go members can book a nail clipping for £35.

To clean your pet’s teeth properly and understand any problems they may be having, we need to use a general anaesthetic. Each tooth is examined and charted. Our dental treatment includes full general anaesthetic, intravenous fluids, x rays of the teeth and a full scale and polish. Our prices for teeth cleaning can be found in the table above.

Tooth extraction will be additional and depend on the number of teeth, as well as the type of teeth (this ranges from £15 for an incisor to £151.20 for a canine or molar tooth). This range is because some teeth have one root, while others have three, requiring more complicated extraction techniques. There will also be additional charges for nerve blocks, pain relief and blood tests if they’re needed.

No, it doesn’t.

Our membership gives you fast, easy access to our veterinary team and clinics, both in person and virtually via your Members' App. And if you’re an All Access member, you won’t pay for any consultations or annual vaccinations. All Access membership costs £20 per month per pet, and covers an unlimited number of consultations (which are typically £80+ in the local area), annual vaccinations, special rates for routine procedures, and more.

If your pet needs diagnostics or further treatment beyond a consultation, you'll still be responsible for paying for this care. Rest assured, we'll always share a detailed cost estimate in advance, so you won't be caught off-guard.

We strongly recommend insurance alongside your membership, for complete peace of mind should your pet need any additional treatment.

The good news is, as an All Access member, if you make an insurance claim, it won’t include any consultation costs - so if yours is one of the many policies that has a financial limit per condition, you’ll have more cover for diagnostic tests and treatment, making your insurance go further for you and your pet.
