If you join as an All Access member, you’ll pay £20 a month for:

  • Unlimited vet consultations
  • Annual routine vaccinations
  • Live chat with your vet team
  • Instant in-app bookings
  • Exclusive 10% off routine treatments including neutering, dental treatment and more

Treatments given during or after the consultation (that can be medications, investigations or procedures) will be charged separately. Don’t worry, the pricing will always be shared with you upfront.

You can also visit as a Pay-As-You-Go member and pay per consultation. This type of membership will only be available until your local clinic reaches capacity with All Access members.

No, it doesn’t.

Our membership gives you fast, easy access to our veterinary team and clinics, both in person and virtually via your Members App. And if you’re an All Access member, you won’t pay for any consultations or vaccinations. All Access membership costs £20 per month per pet, and covers an unlimited number of consultations (which are typically £80+ in the local area), annual vaccinations, live chat with your vet team, special rates for routine procedures, and more.

But if your pet needs diagnostics or further treatment beyond a consultation, you'll still be responsible for paying for this care. Rest assured, we'll always share a detailed cost estimate in advance, so you won't be caught off-guard.

We strongly recommend insurance alongside your membership, for complete peace of mind should your pet need any additional treatment.

The good news is, as an All Access member, if you make an insurance claim, it won’t include any consultation costs - so if yours is one of the many policies that has a financial limit per condition, you’ll have more cover for diagnostic tests and treatment, making your insurance go further for you and your pet.

Yes. We offer a bespoke parasite prevention package, covering flea, tick and worming treatment, that you can add on to your monthly membership. It'll be tailored to your pet's needs and cost £10/month (except for giant breed dogs, which will cost slightly more). They can also be bought on a one-off basis if you prefer. Your pet's bespoke package and pricing will be discussed with you at an in-person consultation, to find the right approach for you and your pet.

Creature Comforts operates ten veterinary clinics across London - in Notting Hill, St John’s Wood, Chiswick, Barnet, Putney, Chelsea, Muswell Hill, Balham and Clapham Junction and Mill Hill. In 2026 we're excited to open in West Hampstead and Twickenham. With a Creature Comforts All Access membership, you can visit any of our clinics for unlimited vet consultations and annual vaccinations.
