All of our neutering procedures are performed under general anaesthetic. The larger your pet, the more anaesthetic is required to keep them asleep, which is why our costs vary based on the weight of your animal.

Let's talk about the cost of vet care - from our Chief Vet

There's a lot of conversation right now about the rising cost of vet care. We know it's something that weighs on pet parents' minds, particularly in a difficult economic climate.

We believe in being upfront about what things cost and why. We'll always work with you to find a plan that fits your pet's needs and your budget. Above all, we want you to feel genuine value in what we offer: personal service, the highest standard of care, and world-class equipment in clinics designed to be comfortable for you and your pet.

Here’s how we think about pricing at Creature Comforts - I hope it sheds some light on this complex topic.

If you have any questions, we're always happy to talk.

Pricing FAQs

There are two ways to visit us: as an All Access member for £20/month per pet, covering unlimited consultations, annual vaccinations, and 10% off routine treatments; or as a Pay-As-You-Go member for £75 per vet consultation.

All Access gets you unlimited consultations, annual vaccinations, and a 10% discount on routine treatments - all for £20 per month per pet.

Pay-As-You-Go members pay £75 per vet consultation, and £35 per nurse consultation. Check your local clinic’s page on our website to see if there are any special offers available.

A bespoke flea, tick, and worming package can be added to your membership for £10/month (or £18/month for dogs over 40kg). It’s vet-prescribed and completely tailored to your pet’s needs. One-off purchases are also available.

For a limited time you can save up to 20% on Animal Health Certificates, which are currently £199 per certificate. Each certificate can cover up to 5 pets, with additional pets costing £86.50 - £90 each depending on your clinic, and All Access members get 10% off. If you’re travelling with more than 5 pets, you’ll need a second certificate at £199. All Access members get 25% off rabies vaccinations, which are mandatory for travel to the EU for dogs, cats or ferrets.

Yes, All Access members receive a 10% discount on listed routine treatments. Your vet team will always discuss the pricing for any treatments upfront, so there are no surprises.

No, membership gives you access to consultations and vaccinations, but you'll still be responsible for paying for diagnostics and treatment. We strongly recommend insurance alongside membership for complete peace of mind. The good news: if you make an insurance claim, it won’t include any consultation costs - so if yours is one of the many policies that has a financial limit per condition, you’ll have more cover for diagnostic tests and treatment, making your insurance go further for you and your pet.

Yes, it's free for All Access members, as often as you need. Pay-As-You-Go members can book for £35.

Yes, if you sign up 3 or more pets as All Access members, you'll get 10% off each membership, making that £18 per month for each pet.

All Access membership is a minimum 12 month subscription. We understand that circumstances can change, so if you want to cancel your membership and have not used any services, you can do so if you pay a cancellation fee of £60. If you have used services, you can cancel by covering the cost of any discounts received, minus the amount already paid made towards the All Access subscription. The cancellation fee will also apply. If your pet sadly passes away, we'll of course cancel your membership without any fees.
